    Low 3dmark06 score

    Just downloaded the 3dmark06 and ran it on my 8510w. Ran all the test and the scores came out just above 1000+. Is this normal or is there some settings i must change? I think i ran it at 1920x1200 resolution.

    The reason for your low score is the resolution. Run it at 1280 x 1024 or something.

    only got 1943 on 3dmark06 running on vista at 1280 x 1024. Wonder if it's a vista or driver problem.

    Might be obvious, but make sure you're running on AC power and have power management turned up to Max Performance.

    OMG Night you're absolutely right. I thought the power management only applies to battery. What a dolt i am. thanks again everyone. Got 3815 for 3dMark06.
