I posted this in the OS area but not seeing any help. You guys have never let me down. So, I did a clean install of MCE 2005 and now can't get video to play through the media center application. I can hear the sound but can't see any picture (DVD, TV, or Videos). I have installed various codec packages, no help. If you know of any good ones, let me know. Any ideas out there. This is really annoying me. Thanks.

i get this problem as well with a new install of xp, although its usually only with divx encoded vids. Not sure what videos ur trying to play so i cant really give you any specific advice. Try vista codec pack, search for it at www.softpedia.com
