Hey guys, I have a a new dv6500. I had to do a ton of tweaking to it to give it a quick start up, but as soon as I did, I started getting this problem. When I attempt to open my video library in windows media center, my screen goes black after about 2 seconds and a dialog box pops up saying that windows media center has stopped working. It then either gives me the option to debug or it just restarts the program. Both do not fix the problem. And, now hp is telling me I have to reinstall vista to fix it, which is the last thing I want to do because it will bring my bloatware back. So, can anyone help me out? Has anyone experienced this issue, let me know if you can lend a hand. Thanks.
