    Hi --

If I order a CTO ZT3000 now, is there a chance of getting one with the memory flaw they've publicized? Or is that a problem only on already-built machines? I read that it can cause loss of data -- which is something I definitely won't want!

    Thanks.

no, new machines won't have this, the recall was on notebooks made between 2003 and early 2004 so you're safe now.
