    Hi,
    Does anyone know how many memory slots HP Envy 15-3xxx has and how much memory each slot can handle? HP is upgrading from 8gb to 16gb with additional $400 using 8gb modules so I was thinking if it has 4 slots then, at some later time,I can upgrade it by myself and save some bucks.

    Please share if some one knows this.

    it has 2 - you can get 8g x2 for ~180 atm anyway so I wouldnt bother
