Hello, first off, I want to thank everybody for their awesome advice on everything. Everyone is helpful here and isnt like other forums where if you ask a question they bash you with the response "SEARCH."
Ok my first question is: I am planning on buying a HP DV6000t in the next week or two. I am going to outfit it with 1 gb of RAM, then upgrade it down the road. I would like to initially spend as little as possible on the stuff that can be easily upgraded (Memory and the Hard drive) when I order my laptop. Could someone offer a link to a good deal on 1 GB ram sticks (I want to have 2 gb of ram after all said and done)?
Ok next question: I recently say a post on here about HPs printers and all the "secrets" about them. I was planning on getting the printer they offer free after the rebate. Is this a good printer? Should i get one of the other ones instead? I want a printer that has awesome scanning quality, quick printing (all appear to be quick so this wont be an issue), and is economical. I saw one of the other printers that is like 20 dollars more (after rebate) that looks nice and i was possibly considering it. Any suggestions?
THanks!

HP makes decent printers, Epson/Canon also make great multifunction printers - the only thing to remember about them is if one things breaks it effects everything else.
Provide specific models for comparison -
For financial reasons, Id take this opportunity to check how much the cartridges are for that specific model and also google "_________ problems" and see if anything comes up (like..if a LOT of stuff comes up)
