I did a clean installation on my dv6700t, the problem is that it doesn't recognize my wired mic anymore using the dock. I think that if the computer is using the dock, the mic and headset inputs are redirected to the dock itself because if I plug the headset to the laptop, nothing happens, no sound comes out of the headset, but if I plug it to the dock, it works as usual. I also tried connecting the mic to the laptop but there's no difference.

Before doing the clean installation, the headset and mic were working fine, I also tested the mic on a desktop and it works fine. I am using also a Bluetooth heasdset, I don't know if that might be causing the problem, I was using it before along with the wired headset and both headsets were wroking fine; if I unpair the BT headset or turn it off, the sound is directed to either the speakers or the headset.

I downloaded all the drivers from the HP website. I don't know what else to do. The dock is new and it could recognize the mic before.

I also tried setting up the mic manually from the Control Panel, and from the settings it seems to set up just fine, but it's not.

    Any ideas?
