    Microphone Woes

    My mic won't work after the clean vista install. Any ideas or driver links. The system recognizes that there is a mic but I can't get any sound.

    For some reason there were 2 mics found by the system, one named "Sum" and the the other was my Conexant mic. I just switched the default mic to the Conexant and it worked fine. Kind of dumb that I didn't see that during my hours of frustration.
