    Hey vorob, saw Minecraft in the title, wanted to help :)

    Take a look at this post on a Minecraft forum...I've heard of issues with hardware acceleration and Minecraft before.

    Hopefully that gets you pointed in the right direction!

    EDIT: Also, try it while switched to integrated graphics, of course. However, you may be forced to run it on ATI.

    I got that for a while, I fixed it by updated the ATI graphics drivers from the HP website. You'd think it would be the Intel HD drivers, but it's not.

    It looks like you need to switch of the "advanced open GL" setting in the minecraft video options for you to be able to run it with the intel.

    I had that problem, too. It went away after I reinstalled Windows, but that's probably not the best option.
