    Hi,

I bought an HP Envy 17, brand new.

As on all my laptops I owe, I searched to set the HDDs password but... not such option in the BIOS!!!

It is common that in 2016 a laptop hasn't an HDD PASSWORD that can be set on BIOS? How to protect HDD if somebody steal or If I miss my laptop around??? I don't want to use BITLOCKER or else!!!

    I am very disappointed!
