    Dear friends,
I am having a Compaq Presario V2000 laptop, with Windows XP professional is installed. Now my problem is that from last week onwards, I could see a horizontal, transparent strip like line at the bottom of the monitor. The program windows when goes down behind this strip that protion is not properly visible. If I bring the cursor on this strip,it looks like a downward mirrior reflecion. How, can I remove this problem? Anybody who can, please help me.

Is it visible when you take a screenshot on your system?

If not the display may be broken. If you can see it in the screenshot try updating your graphics drivers.
