    Movies skipping around, Need serious Help.

    Whenever i insert a movie to watch in my HP dv5000, it skips around eratcially. Before i downloaded the K-lite Codec Pack i was unable to play movies but now i can watch them but they skips all over the place.Need help badly.

    maybe its your graphic driver?
    if these are not dvds try
    divx
    or vlc

    There DVD's, what else can i do? You think i need to update my drivers? If so how do i know if mine are updated or not.?

    umm try like nero showtime or another program like roxio or cyberlink
