    Hi,

Its been a while now that i've been looking for a way to get multi touch features or two finger scrolling on my synaptics touchpad...

I almost have very little knowledge about it... so it would be nice if your guys help me out on this...

I have synaptic Touchpad v6.2 and running Windows Vista Enterprise 32bit...

I hope there would be a way around it.

I've been working on that for a while now. It seems from Synaptics, it is possible and built into the hardware. It is just a software issue. You can get it with Ubuntu and certain PCs. Here are some links to all the information I could get on this. Happy hunting!

Would this allow the touch pad to behave like an ipod Touch or iPhone
with using two fingers to pinch or expand window sizes?

Nah not like the apple ones. I used mine fro example to...

    - two fingers up for volume up (and vice versa)
    - three fingers up to maximise window (again to return it to original size), down to minimise. I used this the most.
