    please help me.

    my HDX18 now installed Win7, all the drivers show in Computer Manager without yellow triangle issue signal.

    Everything else works except 2 things: TV Turner and Fingerprint. :confused:

    however, I can not let the laptop work with TV Turner.
    It always shows: The device is not ready in Aver Media Turner program.

    Even in Window Media Center nothing works.

    I tried to follow many threads, downloaded a lot of driver versions, and Aver Media Center versions, nothing works.

    Even if I attach to the cable, nothing shows up.

    Could you expert tell me what can i do now to turn this card on?

    PS: also, the finger printer can not work, even all the drivers were installed with OFFICIAL drivers from this link:

    I just bought this laptop and feel very unhappy with something like this (like the former HP I got before).
