    My HP battery wont charge!!!

    i had sumthin wrong with my HP dv7-1200-cto .the battery is in on 4% but it said plugged in and not charging and i tried everything and the problem still there.who can help for solving? :confused:

    Try shutting it down and letting the charger plugged in. Let it sit like that for a few hours then turn it back on. If it still isn't charged then something's gone bad, most likely the battery.

    turn off the laptop then pull out the battery then boot it u with out the battery turn it off

    now put the battery back in and boot up

    i have solved the problem
    just shut down,remove the battery
    then plugged in ,boot up
    it said "plugged in,charging"
    everything has been fine.
