    Hi,

I've got a hp pavilion dv5-1036tx notebook which always overheats when i play games. It becomes so hot that i can feel the heat through the metal body. Is there any way i can reduce the heat? Also wanted to know if i could overclock the graphics card which is a nvdia ge force 9600m gt. Last thing is that i also wanted to know if i could use vidock 2 . I've got 2 pci graphics card slots with one unoccupied. Here some stuff about what's in each slot.

    For the empty one,

    Order 1
    Designation PCI Express Graphic X16
    Type PCI Express
    Characteristics PME Signal, Hot-Plugs
    Data Bus Width 0 b
    Details Available

    For the used one

    Bus Type: PCI Express
    Revision: 2.0
    Enabled: true
    Rate: 16
    Sideband Addressing: Not Supported 0x00000001
    Fast Write: Not Supported 0x00000001

Just to note, it's quite similar to dv5t i think

    Thanks for your help
