    Hi,
I just purchased my TX2500 and I already have questions.

-The Front Power Slide Switch feels loose like it could fall off any minute.
Is this normal? Anyone else have this?
They have told me to send it to repair

-Does your screen casing say tx2000 verses tx 25000?

    -Is your battery slightly loose?

-My fingerprint reader was working and now it is not coming up as a prompt any longer.

Thanks in advance for your help!

-The on/off switch is a bit loose and not tight fitting but it shouldn't feel like its about to fall off either. If its brand new just exchange it for a new one.

    -Yeah, normal.

-Yes, there will be some play with the battery since they are not completely enclosed in the case.

-Does it appear when you log into to Windows? Try updating the fingerprint reader software from HP's website. It wont appear on all browsers/applications and try swiping your finger and see if the logon manager pops up.

Yea, I agree with miner...do NOT get it repaired if it is within the 21-day return period. HPs repair service is a joke, it'll come back scratched. Just exchange it for a brand new one, worth the wait...

Everything else, is agreeable...I was wondering, why didn't you get the new tx2z series instead?
