I've tried to remove the optical drive of my HP Compaq NC2400 but I can't manage. Although I followed this video guide, which looks quite simple, i failed .

The drive is completely stuck and I've used a lot of force.
I tried to remove the covers for the HDD and Wireless and push the back of the drive with a screwdriver, but it didn't budge, not even a mm.

Is there a third screw besides the two ones in the video?

In addition, I think I broke something because the sled won't hop out by itself any more. Well, I'll look into that later when I have more patience.

    Thanks in advance

    Markus

    Ohh #ยค&!"#!!
There was in fact a third screw. For the keyboard.
When I removed it the drive came out easily :)

Thank you HP for not mentioning this in your instructions, nor showing it in the video. a**h***s.
