    Hey guys,

I own an HP Envy 13 and I just lost one of the rubber stops located on the palmrest area. It's bugging me a LOT and it doesn't seem like I can buy one anywhere.

Does anyone with the HP Envy 13 or 15 have a spare one lying around? Maybe from a spare parts laptop? Let me know! I would appreciate the help greatly.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Try making your own. Just go to a hardware store and I'm sure they have plenty of rubber pieces which might fit directly onto your computer or will with a little modification. Then use some superglue or something to stick it on there.

Same problem here. It's really annoying and I can't seem to get any from anywhere - definately not HP.
Impossible to cut them as they are too small.

That seems pretty odd that even HP doesn't offer some replacement ones.

I have tried on various HP sites and the parts manuals - this one isn't even listed. The rubber feet are available, not to top rubber stops though.
    Really annoying.

It comes with the top cover, so you have to replace the top cover.

Yeah I need one too so maybe we could share the cost if we find a cheap top cover or a broken machine.

Do you know what the part number is? How about a picture? That way we that don't have one can still try to assist you...

    tell me about it...

Let me know too! I need to get in on this. It's bugging me to no end...

There is no part number... very annoying. Here's 2 pictures I took. The focus is wrong in the first pic but you get the idea.

The rubber stops you are talking are part of the top cover. So there will not be any separate part number.

Also my screen hinges are no longer tight and the screen has about 1cm of movement at the top edge when it is in a vertical position.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
