It looks like HP is getting ready to release new notebooks under the Pavilion moniker, sometime in the near future.
From what I'm seeing, these notebooks may be in a position to replace the current g4 / g6 / g7 notebook series.

More details have been added to the first post, including confirmed graphics options and a low-res stock product image of the Pavilion 17.
System IDs have also been posted. More information to come... -
It is great they are going to keep their trend; No AMD APU in 14'' laptops, just in the monstrous 15 and 17" -es...
-
Nice find, and although the 14'' model doesn't have an APU it didn't surprise me since Richland is just a higher clocked Trinity. What I think is great about this is that the sooner these Richland models are released the sooner AMD can afford to replace it with Kaveri, the first true HSA Architecture. Also it will be interesting to see how AMD's upcoming drivers that will improve Crossfire performance will affect dual graphics, and especially the 8650G + 8670M combo.

hey I found another one HP Pavilion 17-e049wm HP Pavilion 17-e049wm Notebook PC Product Specifications HP Pavilion 17-e049wm Notebook PC | HP® Support
and you know what WM stand for at the end of 17-e049wm..... walmart. So it seem going to be at walmart. Is not at walmart website yet. It should be there in coming weeks I guess.
I know the dx at the end means bestbuy model.
Oh yeah I notice in the picture that the HP logo is big and smack right in the middle of the outside lid. It's use to be small on left side corner. -
Nice little find when I have been hunting for a service manual for an 2013 Envy, came across this instead. Features a 2013 Pavillion 14" model with quad core i7-4702MQ and Intel HM86 chipset. Pretty useful to evaluate your purchase, how it is constructed.
