    Hi buddy,

I am newly entered this forum and expect I can learn a lot from this forum.

Recent days I planed to buy a HP laptop but I saw a lot of complaints on HP Compaq NX 6320/6325/6330. The thing is that when people try to play some heavy metal music in using build-in speakers with the highest volume, the HDD light is twinkling without stop and after that the system will be out of work. All you can do is just tunr the laptop off and restart it.

People called 800 and ask for HP's help. Hoever, the engineers from HP only said "the laptop is not for listening to the music with the highest volume". WTH! At last, even the engineers can not fix the problem but they suggest to get another laptop. However, when people get the other laptop, the problem still exists. They have already changed to NX6320/6325/6330 so far and found the problem exists in each laptop. The engineers can not fix this problem and they also think that might be the hardware issues.

Can anybody help? Do you think is it drivers problems or anything else?
