I often rebuild my laptop because I muck around with it. I have the disk to re-install the drivers but how do i know which drivers are on the disk and which I need to download and install to have the latest?
I thought it was the credentials manager that handles how i logged in. I like it when the fingerprint manager presented itself but now it just sits up in the left top corner. I can use the fingerprint but why isn't it presented as my only option. Is it the driver or manager. I already have fingerprint only selected in the credential manager
And how do I tell which driver the rest are? Video not so hard but the rest.
Thanks
I just keep flogging this NX9420 and it works great. keeping it alive

I got all the dirvers except which modem drivers do I need, SP33050 for the conexant seem to work but do I need the other drivers as well? -
These HP Compaq nx9420 Notebook PC Drives are what you're after.
If I needed to update drivers I'd pretty much only update the ones that were no older than the date my model was released if you bought new, that is mid 2006, and depend when you last updated, pretty much every thing after that?
If you can fn+ESC to get into the system Information>>advanced>>Software environment>>Signed driver, will have many of the drivers info you need (if you can't fn+ESC) in help and support you'll find system Information, I hope this helps.
