    Hi guys,

Would like some of your opinions/advice if possible. Sent in my laptop to get some black dots on the screen checked out (I went to the retail where I purchased it from and they looked at it and said it's something from the inside - could be or could not be dead pixels - and they will ship it in for me). I said I'll just contact them myself and do it since I needed the laptop for a couple of more weeks.

I sent in the laptop a few days ago and it arrived today to HP. I realized I forgot to take pictures of the laptop (Darn!). I've been researching people who had bad experience with their laptops getting scratched by the technicians. Hypothetically if the laptop did come back with some major scratch damage, are my options pretty much done since I have no proof prior of sending it in?

    Thanks
