    Hey everybody.

I originally bought a DV8000T with a TV tuner last April, and everything worked well. I came to college this past fall and used my TV Tuner quite a bit - and then one day it stopped working. I realized that the cable that hooks into the Expresscard itself had been broken, and had caused the whole thing to stop working. It's the cable that attatches the card to the actual TV cable.

I'm looking to buy a new one, but the only problem is that I can't find it anywhere. I have the HP Expresscard EC680 Analog TV Tuner. If anyone can help me find the cable I would really appreciate it. If you're unclear of what i'm talking about, here's a picture of what it looks like:

In the picture - it's on the right side. It's the short cable and it's beside the cable with the audio/video outputs.

Again - if anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it!

If that's a proprietary cable, you might be out of luck. You can try searching on eBay for it, but my guess is that you are (unfortunately) going to have to get a whole new tuner.
