Is there a simple guide i can follow for people with little experience to overclock my gpu in my 2011 HP DV6t with the 2GB GDDR5 Radeon(TM) HD 6770M?

Also I think I read once that you cant overclock the core i7 2820QM, is that true? If not, would you advise oc'ing my cpu too as well as my gpu?

Thanks guys, Im interested in OC'ing to improve gaming performance.
