    My laptop is a Compaq Presario B1913TU. Last night i'm trying to reformat it using pc recovery. The recovery suddenly stop. When im trying to repeat the process it resumes then it shows "-271%". I left it overnight still no progress. I tried to install a clean windows xp. The install finished but after it restarted my laptop is like on a loop. Everytime it opens after the compaq logo it always goes to pc recovery and doesnt boot the xp. Please help me solve this problem.
