Need Help getting the best deal on HP

Hi I have been wanting to buy a hp laptop I applied for credit and finally got approved but for only $750 (dell would approve me so screw them) and would like to know some anwsers. I first looked at the dv5000z which looked good but the xpress 200m was only 32 shared memory they no longer have the option of 128mb dedicated x200 however the compaq v5000z have this option so question number one 1. would a decated memory x200m beat the shared memory geforce 6150 go on the other hp laptops?

2. I was also looking at the 5000t which you can get a geforce 7400 as I have limited funds I was going to configuire it with the core solo t1350 which is 1.86ghz is the core solo exactly the same as the old pentium M if so that is good the core duo t2050 is 30 more then the solo but has a slow 1.6 clock rate, i do not plan to run multiple apps and want to use this laptop to play older games maybe hl2 as the biggest app.

3. has anyone dealt with hp on there credit somewhere it said I could get an increase I would like to spend under a grand with taxes and everything

but yeah in closing I basically want the best hp/compaq laptop for games that I can get for less then $1000
