Ok I just updated my 2nd HP Pavilion dv9208nr notebook, I just upgraded a new processor. I swapped out the TL-50 and installed the TL-64. It runs like a champ but now I can get a battery charge nor does my light for wireless and bluetooth come on even though it is definitly on and my quick play buttons stopped. I've done this on many other notebooks and have had no problem also this is my 2nd time I've done this on this type model and now I am stumped. I also reopended it and installed new cables just to be safe and yet still no charge, but it does power on when plugged in and run like a trooper. Any suggestions as to what I'm missing here? :)

Perhaps a connector got loose when the system was opened... that's the most obvious thing still (although it sounds like you covered that).

It might be worth downgrading a gain temporarily to see if that fixes it... might give you a clue to what is going on.
