Ok I had and burned hp dv 9 and recently i got a good offer on new motherboard,so i thoughty why not.anyway problem is i dont remember my last mobo to be running so high temperature.this is 98xx series, ive been using pc for about maby a hour now, havent done anything stressful yet,CPUID temps are current, which is basicly idle 52-55c both (IDLE!!!!),minimum temp was detected 50c,highest upon windows startup was 70c,with alot of stress its even reaching 9+c but then it becomes unstable and basicly only way to do is restart.about normal working temperature is ~65celcius.i think my old mobo was running about maby on 45 and max stress about 60 but not this insane high,or you think its normal? i was at repairs not long time ago thought id replace cooler but the guy told everything is looking just fine with a cooler,he applied thermal paste and so on,i have no fkin idea why the hell its so high, any suggestions? btw processor is t7500.just updated to latest bios, can it be maby fan cant handle cpu? maby i picked weaker fan? it makes no sense tho it wuldnt fit then, fan speed problems? tried installing fanspeed or something, fans werent recognized so i couldnt confugre them to work harder.

Are you sure the fan even comes on? This sounds like someone forgot to plug in the fan when reassembling the laptop.
