    Whenever I watch any flash on my laptop I can't make it into full screen (i.e youtube) I just update it to 9.0.115 last Feb 11 08 since then whenever I put it to full screen mode all I can hear is sound no picture.

    Try updating again or rolling back to the older version (if possible). That version must have had a bug.
