my dv6020et notebook suffered a slight joggle which i think wouldn't cause any problems. then the screen problem started (not sure it is about the joggle, the hardware could be faulty). it is like the screen shows pink instead of black. the screen becomes pink after startup or wake-up and it used to go normal after a few seconds, since yesterday it never turns normal. i don't think this is about the gpu because changing between intel and amd does not affect.

    thanks

i cannot plug it in to any external screen until next week. opening it up would be a bad idea due to warranty being cancelled.
