    Need help with some dm1z information

    My Sandisk SSD died on me and I'm trying to get it replaced. Prior to this, the stock hard drive had failed as well (bad luck?). Since both HD's were dead at this point, I decided to send the notebook off to HP to be repaired. I'm trying to provide information to Sandisk support in order to get the SSD replaced. The information they are asking for is..

    Driver used
    SATA configuration
    SATA Version
    Driver provider
    Driver date
    Driver version
    BIOS version

    Everything was updated. If someone has a dm1z and/or an SSD and could provide me with this information, I'd be very appreciative.
