    Hey guys,
in about an hour I'm going to be on the road traveling and was just wondering if Quickplay runs my CPU at max? Will quickplay be easier on my battery then running in Windows to listen to tunes?
A quick reply would be grand.

If you are talking about QuickPlay, a ROM emulator ( http://quickplay.sourceforge.net/) I doubt it, since the ROMs it will be running are for various platforms with minimal specs.

I mean quickplay as in the QP that HP's come with to play DVD/Music without booting into windows.

Since you posted an hour ago, I'll try to give you a quick answer. The battery will be saved more than if you were into Windows because the OS isn't loaded. Hope that helps.
