Anyone know where I can buy a restore CD for an HP Pavillion ZT 1180? Guess I could try HP... Thought I would ask anyway...

    Thanks

I would personally suggest getting your own copy of XP and downloading the drivers for your laptop through HPs website. In most cases, I think that XP will have the drivers so that might not be that big of a deal. I forget the program name, but there is at least one program out there that will extract all the drivers that you are currently using and allow you to save those driver files elsewhere (so they survive a reformat obviously).

Back up any personal data that you have, so that you don't have to worry about anything.

But yes, HP (or the original place of purchase) would be your best bet for getting those CDs.

Thank you Night 2004. I would like to get a hold of the restore disk. I'll get in touch with HP.
