I lost two rubber feet on bottom of my DV6500. Now my laptop wobbles when on flat table/desk. Can anyone recommend what I can do or where I can get replacements. I notice they sell a whole kit from HP but they want $49.00 plus shipping. Thats crazy for me since I only need a couple. Any ideas?

go down to Home Depot or Lowe's and get some thin rubber strips...you can probably get some for about a buck or less. get a small packet or them. then just glue em to the bottom. you also might be able to heat it and mold it into roughly the shape of the ones on your notebook if you want. i have an HP and did not realize it was $49 for small pieces of rubber...crazy indeed

3M sells laptop feet that are taller than the HP ones. I recommend getting these and putting them on the rear to raise it higher. They are round though so you have to place it elsewhere.
