Just found a new BIOS F.26 for my dv9088ea. This replaces F.25 which many people complained was causing high temperatures.

Does anyone have any feedback on this? I have tested it briefly and found that the cpu temp is up 20* at idle (to ~50*) and the gpu is up 10* at idle (to ~70*)

In other words, seems to have similar drawbacks to F.25. I noticed that the fan appeared to be cycling on and off every few seconds, whereas it was off for longer with F.26.
