    to me unless you have the card is a waste of time downloading

    they should of said anything for fixes but just add it there and i would of downloaded it

    is this bios update alright, any issues or problems with it?
    I am about to update my bios, i'm still on F.22 on my dv6629, just wanted to know if there have been any issues with it since its so new

    negatory, sorry I forgot to say its dv6629CA, didnt realize there was a us model of it. But mine does not have an amd proc, intel all the way here and the dv6629ca is pretty much a 6500 (even says on the sticker under it), and on its webpage it says the latest bios for mine is F.58a. I think i'll wait and see if any problems arise with the new bios, i'm kinda scared of bricking my laptop or creating a new problem if soemthing doesnt go well

    Technically, to be clear on the point as to which notebooks support the F.58 BIOS Update, they are all HP Pavilions dv6500-dv6999 AND dv9500-dv9999 WITH AN INTEL PROCESSOR. You'll have to check the specifications on your specific product number in order to verify that it is indeed an Intel processor. Notebooks within this series that contain an AMD processor have to use a different BIOS update, which in this case is designated by HP as version F.30.
