    hoo boy, look at the fingerprints those lids are collecting on a showroom floor. Hopefully HP provides a wipe cloth with it as well, so pretty when clean, but eating greasy fried chicken and running your hand over this thing would be a disaster ;)

    l loved the looks of the dv2000, but the fingerprint thing is pushing me away from it. Why must they take the route that Sony took with the PSP and make it a fingerprint magnet?

    the compaq would be perfect if they used a brushed gunmetal finish....i think hp went a little overboard with the shininess.

    What do you make of the etched design shown in the last two pics of the dv2000? I don't know what to make of it. Maybe it's just an Asian thing.

    not a fan. i were to get hp or the compaq based on looks, i would definitely go for the compaq. the wavy line thing is kinda lame. it would have been much nicer if they just had solid black and silver.
