Anyone have details on these Pavilion and Spectre X2s?

Apparently, there are Bay Trail, Haswell and AMD A6 models.
They are tablets and we don't need or really want tablets, but I'm looking for the best battery life vs cost device that can run Windows 8 Pro.
We need a model that comes with the Professional version of Windows so we can join them to a domain and will also very easily get past 9 hours of use with a lot of reserve to spare so users are not sweating bullets near the end of the work day. We also want lots of battery reserve past 9 hours because the battery life will drop as it gets older. If it barely has enough battery life brand new out of the box, after a year or two, it will not be workable.
So, to be safe we would like something rated for well over 10 hours, Maybe one of the models that has 2 batteries, one in the screen and one in the keyboard dock.
We need to charge them overnight and use them for a full work day with no access to power outlets.
We would rather the 720P screen instead of 1080P screens so we can maximize battery life and so that the info on the screen isn't so tiny and hard to click on on those small screens.
Also, do you know if HP has a fixed price battery replacement program for devices without user replaceable batteries the way Apple does ($129 for Macbook Air battery replacement in a repair depot)?
