    Hey there everyone,

I was very happy to see my HP dv2000t arrive today in the mail. This is the first laptop I've ever owned. I've built a couple PCs before, but this is my first time working with a laptop. I did my research and really liked the HP dv2000t series (I didn't want something too big).

Anyways, I know that manufactured computers / notebooks come with a whole bunch of extra unnecessary junk software on their computers. And frankly a good portion of it can be deleted and removed.

I was just wondering, of all the software that's been previously installed on this notebook, which ones should I definitely remove. Also, which ones may actually be beneficial to keep (I don't want to remove something just because I'm not familiar with it).

Anyways, if anyone can come up with a quick list of good software and bad software that I should be aware of. I'd really appreciate it!

    Thanks in advance!

    - Jeff
