This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     You misread the article... It's saying that open source is getting CLOSER to amd drivers, it's 70% of the performance of the stock (meaning it's 30% slower). It's trying to say that they're getting closer to what amd is producing. They're not there yet.
