Voodoo's new 13" and 15" laptops have been leaked, and they are set for a September/October launch. Voodoo's CEO has revealed that these new laptops will be officially announced tomorrow, but some info and pictures have already been leaked. The Envy 133 has been completely redesigned, though its specs are unknown for now. The 15" Envy laptop packs a Core i7 processor and a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4830 into a fairly thin 15" chassis. Notably, both of these laptops are HP branded. The Envy 133 definitely had a more unique design than the new laptops. It looks like the layoffs at Voodoo really required HP and Voodoo to work together more than just having Voodoo be its own brand. I'll wait until the official announcement for more pictures and info, these should be pretty solid laptops.

Here is some more info on the 15inch, for anyone who cares:

Hard Drives can be HD or dual SSD in a RAID-0 layout (don't really know much about RAID so cant expand on that), SSD offering the maximum 7 hrs of battery life.

The 7 hour battery life can only be achieved through a very slim battery attachment called the Slim-Fit Extended Life Battery. It actually is very slim, and not cumbersome from what I've seen and heard.

The Quad-core is 1600 Mhz. And its an i7, wow.

Supports up 16GB DDR3 RAM (I didnt know 15" laptops could even support that much).

Can choose between Bright View and High Definition Ultra Bright View displays.

    Unibody construction (YES!!!!)

Note: People are being so stupid and complaining about how it looks like a mac and that because they copied them. SO?! I'm so happy, Macs, even though not the best computers, look the best in my opinion; sleek, compact, and efficient. So a thumbs up for exterior design. It looks beautiful.

    About 5.2 pounds (drool).
