Maybe its just me, but I think this new Bios has actually reduced or eliminated the high pitch noise that the computer usually makes.
Anyone else that downloaded this notice the same?

    Good day

The F15 Bios has not taken the humming / high pitched noise away.

There is now the option to turn off the sound of the quick-play buttons. Good idea . . . .

    Thanks

has anyone got an issue with their fan not going off as much as it used to? the buzzing has stopped for me too (after disabling C4) but the fan is doing my head in a bit!

the option to turn off the bleeping noise was actually available before f15. it annoyed me when i watched a cnet review and they said u can 'NEVER' turn them off. i now question their reliability!
