    New dv9500t, one slow usb, one okay

    My 6 week old laptop has 3 usb ports. I used one on the left side and drop & dragged files to be backed up on my external hard drive. It said it would take 45 minutes! I've backed up similar-sized documents on XP and it took minutes. Weird... I cancelled, moved the cable to the usb on the right side and got a 4 minutes estimate. What's up? The devise manager has no errors...

    Maybe it's your Intel chipset drivers or something.
