    New dvxt releases, timeframe?

    Hi,
    I was wondering what the general timeframe for a new dv6t/dv7t is. I have a dv6t with a 768p resolution and wanted to upgrade to a 1080p and a dv7t most likely (since I don't travel as much).

    I remember the dv6t came early last year and I bought it in July. If this is the case I might as well hold off for a couple of months and hope for some extras/improvements HP has hopefully made. :cool:

    nahh, would have to downgrade a lot of internal specs. From 8gb to 6gb, from i7 to i5, and I would be getting a SSD on a dv7t for ~1200USD

    My friend has the Envy, it does have killer looks, but my silver dv6t can hold its own too in that department. ;)

    A lot less power consumption (meaning longer lasting battery), faster top-of-the-line, more powerful integrated graphics with a better feature set. ~20% increase in CPU performance according to Intel.

    Well if the OpenGL issue continues for AMD is not "faster top of the line", an Intel with same "top of the line" AMD card will be 3x faster in OpenGL...
