I noticed resellers like Cyberport.de listed the coming 14-1101eg (0028de) with Radiance display, i5-560m and 640Gb HD.

HP Germany have now listed it with the Brightview screen. I didnt buy the previous model just because I thought it would be replaced by a faster Radiance model and instead its seems like its been downgraded to Brightview.

Do you reckon it could be a typo from HP Germany or have the resellers just got the wrong info?

Looking at other European HP websites like Danmark I think it's a typo from the sellers. HP Danmark lists the 11XX series with a Brightview screen too.

Darn, ive been waiting 3 weeks extra for this 14-1100 instead of getting the 14-1000. Because of this typo I can no longer get hold of a radiance model since the 14-1000 is now sold out.

Even bought a nordic Envy 14 keyboard so that I could replace the german one. :(

You could get one of the 10XX series with a Radiance screen from the Netherlands. It's either available as an i5 450m or an i7 720qm, the i7 comes with the slice battery:

They are a bit overpriced though, about 100 euros more expensive than the German version was. For example, you'll get a i5 450m instead of a i5 520m. It comes with a 500GB 7200rpm hdd though.

Reckie: Where did you get the replacement nordic keyboard from? Is it easy to replace?

Be happy to take that keyboard off your hands if you're stuck.

Where did you get it though? I've had no luck locating one.
