    Got 2 sticks of OCZ 512 PC 3200 CAS 2.5. Its been great, can tella big difference. Is there anything I should do to get max performance out of them?

    Good for you.Finally you listened to my suggestion! :)

    I know OCZ works at CAS 2.5 at DDR400 speed.
    Only thing you can improve easily is upgrading hdd(if you have not or you already have a 5400RPM drive).

    I have no idea what RAS delay, RAS percentage or Cycle Time mean and matter but mine are 3, 3, and 8 clocks respectively

    Im not sure what they mean either.
    Ran Prime95 torture test for 24 hours to stress the ram and got no errors, great ram.

    All those timing lower the better( check lostcircuits.com for detailed explanation).

    But CAS is more important than all those( ofcourse frequency is important as well, but CAS is right after Frequency).
