    Hey everyone,

I recently went through two Dell Vostro 1500's and also couple of LCD replacements. I just could not find the LCDs to my linking. All the LCDs I got were grainy.

I don't see anyone with HP complaining of this.

1). What LCD have people been getting with the dv2500T? and how do you like it?

2). How is the service of HP. I had 2 year onsite with Dell. But I only have regular warranty with HP for 1 year.

3). What is your overall impression of your notebook, specificly the 2500t which I have already ordered.

I just want to settle down with a laptop that isn't all over the place.

    1. HP doesn't have the graininess issue that plagued Dell.
    2. You're going to hear stories all over the place on this one. People are very influenced by personal experience, good or bad. Bottom line: Pretty much the same as Dell.
    3. Great small, sleek notebook.

Honestly, I don't have one, but I've been around enough (maybe 25?) that my answers are definitive.

Search and you will find my review. The HP DV2500t is a good value for the price, it is not a high-end laptop, but more of a medium to low-end, either graphics options available are still no good for modern games, but all of the other features are in line. The battery life is just okay, 2.5 to 3 hours depending on how wireless is used.
