I supposedly just ordered an HP dv6tse from HP.com a few minutes ago, but after clicking "Submit Order," the page appeared to simply refresh and take me back to the initial cart screen with the same configured dv6tse in the cart but without any additional information (coupons, address, etc.) filled in.
I clicked on "Order Status" at the top of the website, but it says "No orders have been submitted using this account." I also have received any confirmation email or anything similar, so I'm worried that my order didn't go through. However, I don't want to jump the gun by needlessly ordering the laptop again and charging my account for 2 laptops. Perhaps the "order status" page won't show anything until after I've received a confirmation email?
So, for those of you who have ordered from HP.com before, is what I'm experiencing normal? Does it take awhile to receive the confirmation email?
EDIT: BTW, not sure if this matters, but I setup an new account on the checkout page while filling out my order information. After clicking "Submit Order" and being taken to a refreshed checkout page, I am now logged in under that newly created account, so maybe it wants me to go through the checkout process again?

Nevermind, I went ahead and decided to submit another order, and this time it took me to a order processing screen like I expected and confirmed that my order was placed. I'm assuming something went wrong with my previous order and it just simply disappeared.
