Guys, I've spent quite a bit of time trying to find the portrait/rotate option for a 2nd monitor I'm running on an HP DV6T 2nd gen i7 Sandy with a HD3000 with a 6770M. No luck as far as CCC settings, or vanilla Windows resolution settings. It was greyed out in CCC and not available in Win7 Settings. I searched and edited the parameters in Regedit with no success. Until I updated the Intel drivers that is. It still doesn't show up in CCC, but at least it is now doable in Win7 settings.

    Solution -
    1. Download the latest Intel drivers for HD3000 or HD4000
    2. Run Regedit, search for anything related to PortraitMode or RotationCaps. Determine if you want to enable for monitor 1, 2, 3Change value to 1.
    3. reboot, change resolution and Portrait should be available under Orientation for that given monitor
